Who we are and what we believe.....

Faith Community Christian Church is a purpose driven church where people who want to reignite, reenergize and recommit their faith in God through Jesus Christ can join with thoughtful, caring and generous folks. We focus on people in our outreach and we witness by taking Faith Community Christian Church to the people in the community, learning what their needs are, serving, and being in service to them.

Our goal is to journey together in faith, grace, and service through new eyes, the eyes of Christ. Filling the needs and healing the hurts of others in and around us. To be passionate about inviting and bringing "seekers" into our church by providing a spiritual enthusiasm, joyful attitude, exceptional pastoral care and inspirational messages from our Pastor about how to live a Christ centered, Bible based, and Love filled meaningful life.

Together, we will build a bridge from the Pulpit to the Pew being there for each other in the Spirit of Christ in our joys and our sorrows form the cradle to the grave. Offering a message from the Pulpit that will sustain us through the week and that we can call upon when needed. A message that effectively transcends the Word of God into our personal lives that makes a difference. To have our hearts and hopes renewed by the Word of God, by the Promises of God, and by the fellowship of our Christian Community.

We believe in the living God through His Son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Trinity and accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord of our lives. We believe that Grace is the undeserved, unmerited, and loving action of God through the ever present Holy Spirit. God's gift to Humankind. We hold sacred the "Holy Mystery-Sacrament of Holy Communion" and "By Water and the Spirit", the Sacrament of Holy Baptism. We approach them both with reverence, humility and faith. Through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, we believe in His forgiveness and love that restores us to God's favor and believe God gives us eternal life.

We believe in the equality of all persons and welcome all genders, races, ethinicities and backgrounds. We affirm that all persons are individuals of sacred worth created in the image of God. We affirm that God's Grace is available to all. We will seek to live together in Christian community, welcoming, forgiving and loving one another as Christ loved and accepted us. We commit ourselves to be in ministry for and with all persons.
